Important Message To Moderaters

This is a important message about the mod powers, if you really have em, you need to make sure only 2 things!

1. Delete Only Topic! Not Reply's.

2. Delete only Reply's that are highly innaproppriate!

3. Need to have good gramma. (Not pro, but just keep the differens between "small" amd "Big" letters, and dots.
